In Abuja, a six-year-old child suffered burns while practicing cooking with her playmates.
According to information obtained by City & Crime, the teenager brought a gallon of petrol that she mistook for kerosene and dumped the contents on the firewood she and her friends had gathered to practice cooking.
The event happened roughly two months ago, but the girl has not yet recovered from the injuries, the girl's father, Christopher Israel, told City & Crime at the Kubwa General Hospital where the daughter is being kept.
